Set against the evolving landscape of Kishangarh, this project was a high-scale, multi-location hospitality operation fully driven and managed by our team—handling every aspect of guest experience, movement, and execution with complete control and precision.
Guest arrivals were seamlessly managed across multiple entry points, including Jaipur International Airport, Jaipur Railway Station, Ajmer Railway Station, Kishangarh Airport, and Kishangarh Railway Station. Our team delivered the entire arrival experience end-to-end—from personalized welcomes and porter assistance to smooth vehicle allocation with customized car kits—ensuring a well-coordinated and elevated start for every guest.

We centrally planned and executed the stay experience across Mahesh Vihar, Shreeji Inn, Ramada, and Jyani Paradise under one unified system. At Mahesh Vihar, 107 rooms were fully transformed into a curated hospitality environment with customised setups and personalised amenities. Across all properties, we ensured consistent room readiness, hamper placement, and guest comfort, further enhanced by a “Refill Your Hamper” station.
A defining challenge of this project was executing a highly time-sensitive, multi-venue wedding where event timelines were tightly packed and constantly evolving. With overlapping functions, last-minute guest inflow changes, and dynamic scheduling shifts, we kept logistics, hospitality, and on-ground execution aligned. The groom’s journey across venues was designed to remain seamless and uninterrupted, with every transition aligned precisely to the flow of events—ensuring presence, timing, and experience were never compromised.

Guest movement across venues was entirely controlled through a structured shuttling system aligned with event timelines. Large-scale functions at Mahesh Garden, Mehndi at Luv Kush, and Sangeet at Vardhaman Venue were executed with strict crowd flow, parking management, and access control—all handled smoothly despite Kishangarh’s infrastructure limitations.
Despite the scale and complexity, the team successfully delivered a 5,000-guest catering and hospitality operation with consistent service and zero disruption. Executed by a synchronized team of 80 members, this project reflects complete ownership, precision, and the ability to transform complexity into a seamless, high-quality guest experience from arrival to departure.
